Welcome to Linkboo ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate link.boo and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your email address, username, display name, and profile content.

We also collect information automatically when you use our service:

  • Page visit data (pages viewed, referrer URLs, timestamps)

  • IP addresses and approximate geographic location (country/region level)
  • UTM parameters and tracking link click data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Linkboo platform
  • Authenticate your account and keep it secure
  • Display analytics on your profile dashboard
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Processing & Infrastructure

Linkboo is operated in the United States. Your data is stored and processed in the US using Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (edge delivery). By using our service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

We do not knowingly serve users in jurisdictions that require GDPR compliance. If you are located in the European Economic Area, please do not use this service.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled while using the platform.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Analytics & Tracking

We collect first-party analytics data on profile page visits. This includes referrer information, device type, and timestamp. This data is attributed to the profile owner and displayed in their dashboard.

Visitors to public Linkboo profiles have their visit recorded as described above. No persistent visitor identifiers are stored beyond the session.

7. Age Restrictions

Linkboo is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

8. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
